An MBA from Lucknow University with over 14 years of experience across leading construction and real estate organisations, Mr. Raghvendra Singh is the driving force behind Raghvendra Construction. His experience with Parsvnath Developers and Eldeco, combined with his entrepreneurial vision and expertise in digital marketing, has played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and customer-focused approach. Guided by the philosophy of “Building Beyond the Code,” he continues to lead the organisation with innovation, trust, and a strong commitment to delivering quality construction solutions.

Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh

Director – Raghvendra Construction

A B.Tech in Civil Engineering with over 11 years of experience in the construction sector, Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh brings a strong blend of technical expertise, project management, and business acumen to Raghvendra Construction. Having worked with leading organisations including AAI, NCC and Adani Group, he has developed extensive expertise in quality and project management. As the next-generation leader, his energy, vision, and commitment to excellence continue to drive the company towards innovation, growth, and superior construction solutions.

At Raghvendra Construction, quality is checked at every stage of a project, not only at handover. Our engineers follow a documented inspection process covering materials, workmanship and finishing, so that every structure we build is safe, durable and built for long-term value.

Safety on site is treated with the same importance. Every worker, engineer and visitor follows clear safety practices, and our site teams are trained to identify and prevent risks before they occur.

OUR PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL AT EVERY STAGE

Material Testing

Cement, steel, sand and aggregates are sourced from approved suppliers and tested before use.

Structural Checks

Shuttering, reinforcement and concrete are inspected by engineers before and after every pour.

Workmanship Standards

Masonry, plaster, plumbing, electrical and finishing work is checked against defined specifications.

Final Inspection

A detailed snag list is prepared and closed before the property is handed over to the customer.

SAFETY ON SITE

Helmets, safety shoes, harnesses and gloves are mandatory for everyone on site
